Logos outsourced all of its training almost from the dawn of its history. That approach has resulted in an ongoing lack of focus on helping users get the most out of Logos software from within the program.
I upgraded to the subscription model and now find that the "resource panel" has disappeared. I have absolutely no clue how to change the text size of an individual resource, which was previously easy.
So, one would normally go to the help function, but IT HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED to reflect this change.
IT IS SIMPLY NOT ACCEPTABLE TO CHANGE A PROGRAM'S BASIC FUNCTIONALITY AND LEAVE USERS STRANDED TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO ACCOMPLISH BASIC TASKS.
Is Logos intentionally trying to make me angry?
I am now regretting having gone to the subscription model as I expect more frustration lies ahead.
