Hello... I just got the gold library today. When I try to install it after clicking the link it downloads it and then shows the app file in a box but once i click nothing happens. any ideas?

No answer to your specific question but in general....
Don't use your email address as your username - you will start getting a lot of spam as it is harvested from the web.
Don't but your telephone number in your posts - I am only just resisting the temptation to ring you and sell you some raffle tickets. Others haven't got my exemplary will power.
You can remove your telephone number from the above post by clicking on the 'More' label at the top of the post and selecting edit.

As for your question. Do you get a screen after installing that asks for you to sign in? What version of the Mac OS are you running (10.4.x, 10.5.x, 10.6.x)?

I think I saw it after you as well perhaps. Cmd+← in firefox goes back a page in your history on that tab. Command+shift+ left/right arrows jump you from tab to tab.
