My favorites are syncing between my desktop and my s24 Samsung phone but not my iPad. Are there settings that need to be set. Thanks for any help.
Are there settings that need to be set
No - assuming you are using the same credentials on your iPad as on the other devices?
Are other things - such as notes - syncing correctly?
I find the current implementation of favorites to be confusing and buggy. Is there a way to access resource-specific favorites on mobile? This is the favorites button that is prominently displayed on the new dynamic toolbar, but it is not obviously apparent why clicking favorites on mobile will show you a completely different list of favorites.
Also, the two favorites tools do not work well together. They are very buggy, as has been previously discussed.
As far as the desktop and the phone when I click on the favorites I have the exact same list. They are syncing well. But when I click on favorites on my ipad is says no favorites. All my credentials are all the same on all three devices. I was asked whether or not that my notes are syncing across all 3 of my devices and the answer is yes.
when I click on favorites on my ipad is says no favorites.
Which specific versions of the iPad, iPadOS, and app?
I have the Ipad Pro (12.9 inch screen) 6th generation with the latest version of 17.7.. As far as Logos App it is the 36.0.1 version.
I don't know if it is relevant but my iPad tells me the latest version in 18.1. I understand 18.2 is due to come along early December.
My App version is 37.0 but that may be a Beta version?
my iPad tells me the latest version in 18.1.
That is the current release version as of present.
My App version is 37.0
That is also the current release version as of present.
I appreciate the useful information. I have updated both the Logos app as well as my IPad. The notes sync with my desktop but it still showing no favorites on my iPad. I have tried clicking on sync my data.
