Blank sermon document on mobile (iPad)

I have a problem with older sermon documents showing up blank on my iPad.

Anything from about a year ago and older is visible on my iPad, but when I open it the text is all gone or there is only the bible text inserts.

I can view the whole message on my iPhone, but it’s read only. I am doing more and more of my study on my iPad and would love to know how to get this fixed.

The only solution I have found is to open it on my laptop, cut, sync and then paste the text back in. But that’s a lot to do for all my messages.

Any help on this would be great!

That's really concerning - but I don't think it's a general problem with the app. I've just opened a sermon from 2022 and it appeared fine on my iPad.

Have you tried restarting your iPad? If not, I'd try that first.

If that doesn't fix it, can you try installing the Verbum app (if you don't have it installed on your iPad already), logging in using the same credentials and checking if they appear correctly in that? (In the Verbum app they will appear under Homilies but the text will be unchanged).

If they appear correctly there then it may be necessary to try reinstalling the Logos app on your iPad.

Verbum worked just fine, so I reinstalled Logos and now that is working fine too.
