Search General Topics

I am a new user to Logos. It seems each topic I try to search either has hundreds of hits or none at all. I am looking for information concerning "one's appointed time to die" in order to share with a friend that God is omniscient. My LOGOS version is 4.

Well, just because you pick out a phrase doesn't mean it's going to be in a book. Sometimes you're better off with a one word search for something, like "appointed" or "omniscience".

Perhaps you were thinking of Hebrews 9:27, but that's not really a reference to God's omniscience in the sense that you're looking for. Psalm 139 is a good place to go, especially, Ps. 139:16 .

Using a Topical Bible and/or Bible Dictionary can be helpful when the Basic Search or Bible Search hasn't helped.
