Where are my Westminster Hebrew Bibles?

I'm very concerned about the gradual disappearance of my Hebrew Bibles, something I've only become aware of since I could transfer my highlighting from L3 to L4.

In L3 I owned 4 versions: A-F, Westerminster 4.0 and 4.2, and a Dutch one: Werkgroep. When I updated to L4 (Scholars Gold), I ended up with only 3: A-F, 4.0 and 4.2. I have just bought a new laptop. After downloading everything from the my Internet account (a wonderful service, by the way), I now only have 2! (A-F and 4.2).

This is a serious problem for me. On L3 I invested hours highlighting different versions of the Bible according to different criteria, 4.0 is tagged differently to Werkgroep. If I want to use L4 on my new laptop (I haven't reinstalled L3 due to space), all this work is lost. When I click on the notes I made linked to these versions, I get a message saying Resource not available and then a link saying I can buy it on Logos.com!

I would like to have my old Bible versions back along with all the highlighting I did on them. I'd appreciate help on how.

The only BHS with L4 Base Libraries is WIVU so there appears to be no bias regarding L4 products! Presumably you are ONLINE and have tried the routine commands like
Update Now and even Update Resources?

Check if the resources are in your L4 Resources folder:-

WIVUMORPH.logos4 (=Werkgroep)
BHSWTS40.lbxlls
BHSWTS42.lbxlls

If you have L3 installed with these resources try Synchronise Licences, wait a while, restart L4 and see if L4 downloads them (try Update Now if necessary).

I searched my resource files and discovered I do have Werkgroep, which is a relief. I guess I searched wrong.

I don't have Westminster 4.0, however, which is the main problem as it is this version that has my most complex notes. This is also the version missing on L4 on my old laptop (the one with L3).

I'm updating L4 on my old taptop to version c. After that I'll try and synchronise, though I believe I've already done that. I've already imported my books, notes and highlighting from L3. I'll post my results when I get to it.

Hi Dave,

this worked on my old laptop but not my new one. I've downloaded L3 and typed in "sync now" into L4 but I simply get told that everything is updated, although I cannot find Morphology 4.0. I've checked and it is on L3.

Copy the missing files to a folder, enter this in the Command box of L4 - scan <BHS resource folder> and restart L4.
