Many forms show such template text, often in a shade of gray, and the text disappears when a character is typed in the field. I assume that's a change that's easily made, because it's nearly universal.
Templates are incredibly helpful for new users who show up and need direction or guidance. We can remove "Insert Title" as that may be quite obvious and an unnecessary additional step.
