As I've been trying to read all posts in English excluding Proclaim and how Logos should run its business threads, I've been using the notifications bell that seems to work quite well except that when it tells me something like 3 new comments in thread X and takes me to thread X, my location seems random i.e. I've already read that post. I can't figure out how to find the 3 new comments. What am I missing?
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Same here, when I click on notification under the bell sometimes I find myself in the middle page of 24 pages of posts, sometimes at the top of the last page of posts and sometimes at the very start. Once in a while I find myself at the latest post.
@Jason Stone (Logos) Is there some logic to this that we are missing?

My experience seems to be a little more consistent. In short threads (say up to five pages), the new forum positions me around the first new comment, which I really like (typically I go back a post or so to get the context, if there's no quote and answer in that new post). The issue is long threads - where I find myself consistently at the top of an early page of the respective thread ("A qustion from an Accordance user" always page 3, "FEEDBACK WANTED New Resource Toolbar" always page 5). This is annoying, will hopefully be fixed soon, but something I can adapt to for the time being.
Have joy in the Lord!

I too seem to have random "early" position in Threads or at the Latest. There are some longer threads that I am brought to the current and some early in the thread….

This is my experience exactly. I thought I was going crazy! Well maybe I am, but not about that at least!

The community has suggested that a brief video may be beneficial in providing an overview of the platform. In response, I have created a video demonstration of fundamental navigation, introduction of the primary post types (i.e. Discussion, Idea, Poll, Question), and practical search tips. More questions will follow and we will continue to communicate best practices as our new community space is improved. Thank you for being here, doing so makes this helpful and growing community what it is.

I would have created a new thread titled "Old forum and polls vs new ones", but -
Where shall I post a comment like the following in the new forum?
—Old forum and polls vs new ones
With the old version of forum and polls you needed some clicks more in order to create a poll for a certain wanted feature or book in Logos. With the new forum, creation of a poll seems easier. But -if I don't keep up with reading all the "Recent posts", how do I become aware if a certain book has already its own poll?

I would encourage you to leverage the search tool and see if the title has been mentioned already.
