Some books take longer than other to become available after purchase. I am not sure why. Customer Services have previously asked me to wait a day to see if it appears, which it did.

It looks as though you are trying to find the book in a search panel. The easiest way to do this, though, is in the Library panel. Try selecting that (click the Library icon at the bottom of your screenshot) and then enter BKC in the filter box. You should get something like this
Then if you tap the name, the book should open.
