STILL Can't Speed Up Videos in Courses on Mac 6 Yrs Later

Wow!!!
6 years ago I posted in the Mobile Ed forum about not being able to speed up course videos on Mac. I just bought a course - advanced Christ-Centered Preaching CM153 and started watching assuming that by now they'd have fixed this. But not!!
Please get some AI Programmers on this. I'd prefer AI on this issue than summarizing stuff I can read and summarize myself.
I'd really love to use this feature. It's great on podcasts, Linked in Learning, etc.
I'm being a little sarcastic here, but it is silly that Logos has not bothered to work on this at all in 6 years.

Kevin,
Since I recently bought a MacBook Air, I was surprised that Mobile Ed videos only worked at 1x speed. My "workaround" is to open Faithlifetv in Safari and play it reduced size in a corner of Logos desktop so I can see the text and watch the video at higher speed on Faithlifetv. But a workaround should not be necessary, especially since Mobile Ed courses are being included in the subscriptions and it would seem likely that more people will be accessing them.
So I agree that it should be given a higher priority to make it work within the Mac desktop software like it does for Windows desktop software. It is obvious that it can be done because I can speed it up using Faithlifetv.

Kevin,
I'm on a MacBook as well and had to use the website workaround that was mentioned by Paul. I enjoy Logos but think that streamlined usability upgrades should take precedence over rolling out new software packages. I'm definitely a little disappointed in this issue since I have invested thousands of dollars in Logos over the past decade.

I was just making a case to someone for Logos over A Certain Competitor, specifically that Logos has much more platform parity between PC and Mac. This playback issue is one area where Logos is missing important functionality on Mac. Not good.
Logos needs to prioritize fixing this. Don't make me out to be a liar about platform parity. It's one of Logos' many great advantages over the competitor.

This definitely should be worked on.
I don't know your workflow but I'll mention what I do just in case. One reason I had forgotten about this issue because I watch courses on my iPad and iPhone via the Logos App. You can adjust the speed play when watching on these devices.
With Mac's new ability to mirror iPhone you can control your iPhone on your Mac and watch the courses and listen at your desired speed if you want to watch and listen while using a Mac.
I do agree that there should not need be a work around for this.
