Can we bookmark places in a bible or other books?
Bookmarks are known as quicklinks in Logos:
Quick LinksQuick Links are quick-access temporary favorites that can be called up with a keystroke. Users can have up to nine at a time. To set them up: At the top of the Favorites panel is a Quick Links folder containing nine quick link placeholders. Click Set link on an available quick link to set the active resource at its current location. Users can also drag the resource tab to an available quick link number or press the corresponding shortcut keys to set it.Alternatively, users can set a quick link directly from an active resource. Open the resource and click the menu icon . Then, in the menu, click the Favorites icon . Under Quick Links, click Set link on an available quick link to set the active resource at its current location. 3. Click an assigned quick link to open the resource, document, etc., to the saved location. Users can also press the shortcut keys to open it. 4. To remove a quick link, right-click it and choose Delete.Verbum Help (Bellingham, WA: Faithlife, 2024).

You can also use favorites as a bookmark. To do so, I create a folder in Favorites called Bookmarks, then any time I am reading and want to bookmark a spot I will drag the tab over to the Bookmarks folder in Favorites and drop it there. Now, I can open Favorites and click on Bookmarks and click any books that I have dropped there and they will open up to where I was at. You can even bookmark several different pages in the same book this way.
Thanks for all the good help.
I'm new to this community, and receiving practical help — rather than ineffective or no help at all is very encouraging. What a significant difference!

I purchased Logos because I thought it would just be factual and give me the resources…
Good evening, When using the Mobile App on my phone or my iPad (iPad is my preferred method of reading aside from a physical book) I have two versions of the KJV bible. I was wondering for documentation purposes does anyone use the Windows's virtual desktop feature - for example, run Logos and Verbum on different desktops? or run Logos and their thesis software and their browser on separate desktops? If so, how do your use it? Run into any problems?
