    I am sure that I am a Voice Crying in the Wilderness. I'm a very old user, and I remember when Logos had a different name. And was the key to providing some 20-30 preachers with Logos. And I am NOT on any fancy Church salary with Church $$$ support. At 78, I 'work for the government' and fixed 2-checks per month and politicians want to abscond that.

    I'm looking forward to the day soon when I will be able to Know All the Truth as I sit at His feet. I feel a bit kicked in the teeth after the huge $$$ I have invested in the Silver Package (I think) to know that I am going to be pushed out and OFF the membership in Logos because I can't afford more monthly bills in a subscription for Logos.

    I think your business model is NOT very conducive to FAIRNESS. I'm counting the days when Logos or MP Seminars just plain FORGETS ABOUT US.

    @Rick Ratzlaff

    There are a number of us who have been with Libronix/Logos/Faithlife since the early to mid-1990's - and been through various failed attempts to broaden their reach (think Libronix Library System & Noet). And, yes, many of us have graduated into the ranks of the fixed income folks with a considerable investment in Logos resources. But I view Logos commitment to a free version so our resources retain some value when our needs and finances cut our access to the "newest and greatest feature" to be generous i.e. more than fair. It is much more that my other software offers me.

    I too started with Libronix and have enjoyed the ride since then. I am also now on a fixed income. You have not lost anything you have paid for and they say they will keep the software working for non- subscribers. If you cannot afford the subscription you would not be able to save up for the old two yearly updates under the old system either would you? So as I see it you have not been left behind. You just can no longer afford to upgrade under any form of package. That must be tough but I don't think Logos is to blame.

    You're not a voice in the wilderness. And I'd bet not so old … compared to us other old-sters.

    But to be perfectly honest, as an unSubscriber, I spend probably 3x my subscription budget on weather, compared to subscribing to Logos. Even last night, I hit the 'yes' button on another app, that would have paid for 6 months of Logos.

    I'm not rich or anything. Just don't need their bells/whistles. Quiet Bible study for me. And no problem if others want to buy bells/whistles. I do like to keep up with the weather, however.
