Content Not Syncing

I am running Logos Bible Study 40.0
40.0.351 on a PC and, for some reason, new content I create (bible studies, notes, etc.) is not syncing. When I log in to the desktop app on another pc, mobile, or web, the content I created on the non-syncing PC isn't there. HOWEVER, if I create content from another device/platform I CAN see that content on the non-syncing PC.
Uninstalling/reinstalling has not fixed the issue. Internet connectivity is not the issue.

Try going to documents.logos.com and see if a Bible Study document you have created on the non-syncing PC appears there.
This site gives a view into what is synced for us on Logos servers and should help work out whether the problem is getting data from the non-syncing PC or receiving it on others.
Please let us know what you find out.

Yes, the new documents created on the non-syncing PC DO appear on documents.logos.com

So that suggests that it is syncing fine.
And, are you sure, the content doesn’t appear in the web app? That would seem strange so I just wanted to check
And on another PC, is there any error indication in the sync wheel?
