My insight toolbar, and summarize function have disappeared from the tools menu

Probably will need more details of what you are seeing, but Insights should be visible in a Bible panel with Home enabled on the Dynamic Toolbar

Insights is there as you stated, I had to go to tools to find the summarize button, which is related to AI?
