BUG: Sermons not syncing from desktop app to iPad OS mobile app

A short while about (10 minutes ago, from when I began typing this) I went to pull up my sermon for tomorrow on my iPad, and it has not synced to my iPad. It isn't showing up on my iPhone, the web app, nor on my laptop, either. The original sermon file is there (the sermon that I created when I created the series in sermon manager). It even has the title I changed it to earlier in the week. But, as it is now, with a new title and everything in the sermon editor document, it is not loading up.
I tried duplicating the sermon to no avail. I even copied the sermon into a new "untitled sermon" document, to no luck.
I've restarted Logos, deleted and reinstalled the iPad app, and still nothing. It still only brings up the original document with the name from earlier in the week, and no sermon.

If you go to documents.logos.com, find and click on the sermon you should see a modified timestamp on the right hand side. Does that timestamp match the time you carried out the last edits - or is it from earlier in the week?
Trying to understand whether the sermon is synching up to the Logos cloud or not getting off your local machine

@Graham Criddle, I had that thought moments before seeing your reply. The date on the original sermon document is February 26, 2025 at 9:01pm. What gets me, though, is that the duplicate of the sermon that I made and the new sermon document I made (where I copied and pasted it into the untitled sermon document), are both in the documents, as well, with dates and times that are today. The duplicate sermon somehow retained the original title from earlier in the week, and not the modified title that it had when I duplicated it…the title it has on my desktop app.
It seems that there is an issue with it syncing to the Logos cloud.

It seems that there is an issue with it syncing to the Logos cloud.
Yes - but are you seeing The First Miracle (2) on your iPad or the web app?
If not, is there also an issue in synching down from the cloud?

Yes, I do.
And, on my desktop (Windows 11), I went to quit Logos to restart my computer…about five minutes ago. It’s still on the closing “Synchronizing” screen as I post this reply from my iPad.
If I click “Exit Now,” do I run the chance of losing my sermon on my desktop app? Also, I am not running the beta build on my windows desktop.

So, @Graham Criddle, the one thing I had not done yet, and the first step in fixing anything with a computer, worked. I turned my computer off then back on.
Once it finished turning back on and I loaded up Logos, the updated and new copies of the sermon appeared in my documents, then shortly thereafter on my iPad.

Glad it’s working @Jonathan Bradley - but all somewhat concerning

I am having the same issue. I have to turn off Logos on my Mac Desktop. It spins, saying it is synchronizing forever, so I have to force quit.

I am having the same issue with a Windows 10 desktop and Android (on my Kindle Fire and Google 7 Phone). I have tried shutting down Logos (40.1 Max), and got the spinning wheel of synchronizing and had to force quit. Now my Logos won't open, it's been stuck on the splash screen for minutes and I usually only see if for a few seconds. I also looked at the documents.logos.com and I have the blank sermon I created, but none of the sermon I have added. I guess I'll have to try the reboot of the computer and see what transpires.
After rebooting my machine, opening Logos and having it shut itself down, and then restarting Logos it synchronized itself and my sermon is now available on my other devices.

I ended up having to do the same on my windows desktop. I restarted my computer, loaded Logos, and everything began to sync within 90 seconds of Logos loading up all the way.

This is a known issue that is being discussed here.

I'm having the same issue.
"An error occurred during synchronization, click to try again."
Sunday I had to use my MacBook because my sermons would not sync.
I tried the Sync Repair Tool, tried to sync with and without the VPN, different networks, and I also tried deleting and reinstalling the Logos Application, but nothing worked.
I emailed my logs and screenshot.
