How do I get "Bible Word Study" to display Greek/Hebrew for current word in Bible?

I'm not sure if I did something, or if a program update changed something, but I used to be able to quickly find the Greek or Hebrew behind a word in an English Bible by hitting the "Bible Word Study" from the Info popup. Now I get the English definition of the word with which Hebrew and Greek words are rendered as that word in English.

That's not what I want, nor how this used to work on my smart phone.

Is there a setting I can change to get back the functionality I had before?

(I know, I'm an MVP and maybe I should just know this stuff, but I don't Embarrassed )

What you describe is what you would see in a Bible without a reverse Interlinear

EDIT: Graham beat me to the punch, but I feel better that we have the same time stamp, at least.

It still works as expected for me. Are you using a translation without a Reverse Interlinear?

I'm using it on the NIV2011. It used to work on this version (which is why I used it instead of the 1984 version). I just checked and the LEB works as expected. So maybe it's the NIV2011 that has the problem.

Okay. I figured it out. When I went to check the book info to make sure I was using the 2011 version, it showed an option to update the resource. I did and now it's working as expected. [sigh] Not the most intuitive solution, I must say. [:(]

Hi I am having the same issue - have always used the NIV and had no issue with the greek etc popping up-when i select a word. the only other version of NIV is is 'todays NIV'. im not getting any option to update resource.
