why does logos passage guide show unowned books, but not cloud books?

My understanding is that Logos passage guide will only show books that have been downloaded by a user. However, I seem to have plenty of suggestions mostly in ancient literature for resources that I don't own, and thus would not be downloaded on my computer. Where would Logos be pulling those resources from? Factbook?

The Ancient Literature section works differently to other sections in that it contains a list of links curated by the Logos team irrespective of what books we own - but we can only access links in that section to books that we do own.

This was in place before the introduction of cloud-based resources so the mechanisms behind them are different.
