Logos Alfred PowerPack to Linking in Notes

I’ve been automating Logos for a long time—first on Windows and for the past three years on Mac. Over the years, many ideas have come to life, and several have proven valuable for repeated use. The result of my current system is an Alfred workflow. While it’s still a work in progress, it’s already a powerful tool for bridging the gap between notes and other resources.

Quick Features:

• Convert selected text into a link to search MyTag:“Selected Text”

• Grab the current webpage from Safari

• Quickly link to any of your documents

• (Not shown in the video) Link selected text to an existing note (currently buggy)

• Plus a few other ideas in the works…

The current execution path is quite deep, but the goal is to allow users to set their own triggers for quick access to a function’s entry point. Eventually, if there’s interest, I’d like to share this as a tool for Mac users with Alfred.

What are your thoughts and what other excellent ideas would you like to see in such a Tool?

Design Environment: Alfred 5.6 [2290] with PowerPack and MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1.

I love this! I'm interested in hearing more and seeing if there's any way I could help. Logos notes will never be an Obsidian, nor would we necessarily want it to be. However, the closer we get to the "second brain"/PKM/connected-thinking aspects of those other applications within a Bible study/teaching context, the more powerful Notes will be.

MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 on a 2023 MacBook Pro. Thanks! (flanagancd68gmail if that is easier to communicate.)
