Logos v40 won't start up

As of today, I can not open the Logos desktop app anymore. The application gets stuck on the splash open screen.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and I'm now getting a new splash screen on open but the behavior remains the same.

I can access the web app but that lacks so much functionality! Does anyone have any ideas.

    v40.2 has fixed some problems, so try updating the app from Install Logos .

    Otherwise remove the Logos folder in %localappdata% (Windows) after uninstalling and then install Logos
