Worked for me too, thank you @Matt Mattox (Faithlife) !!!
I did run into the installation issue (and Norton went haywire). I followed the instructions @Matt Mattox (Faithlife) posted but now Verbum is not opening for me. I attached my logs for help, please.
@Yasmin Stephen and once you got to this file path Data\<random>\Errors\
, you deleted the Errors
folder right? After that, you should be able to open Logos and it should proceed as normal.
Let me know if you are still running into issues. Just note that I probably won't be able to respond until tomorrow. If you need immediate help on this matter. I'd call our support team here.
Yes, I deleted the Errors folder. However, remembering that Norton was constantly flashing me messages during the update, I went in there and found this:
Could this be preventing Verbum from opening?

No, problem; this is not my working copy.
(As for replacing Norton with Defender, it's something I've been considering for over 3 years now and I still continue with Norton every time. My Norton subscription is up for renewal in less than a month and maybe this time I'll finally save myself US$90 🤔)
You would have saved a lot more over the years😀 I gave up on Norton many years ago, tried a few others, but have used Defender for at least 4 years.
