Logos app won't open

Last night I tried to close the Logos app, and then it updating itself at the back ground for more than a day. When i tried to shut down the computer, it hanged, and i did a full reboot. Since after that the app cannot open anymore.
I used the Ctrl function and sign in to Logos, but it still doesn't open.
What can i do?

Which operating system are you using? Windows or Mac?

I am running MacOS. I'll tag @Dave Hooton on this, or one of the other Windows users will chime in to get you back up and running.
