Why can I not get my bible book and reference to appear at the top of the scripture reference?

There used to be a setting that would allow you to copy and paste using several different formats.

I've only ever seen this on desktop - using the Copy Bible Verses tool.

Are you sure you had this functionality on mobile?

    In which tools/ documents/ context?

Can you post screenshots to show what you are referring to?

Romans 13:11 (NKJV): 11 And do this, KNOWING THE TIME, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed

When I used to copy and paste my scriptures to Word it looked like the above example which I like (bold font was added by me_. Now it will only do it the following way, which I do not like. I want the scripture reference at the beginning of the verse(s) not at the end! This is all being done on my IPAD

Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.  (1 Corinthians 13:13, NLT)

How did you manage to get the results you used to? I don't remember the app doing anything like that?

You could do it on desktop using the Copy Bible Verses tool

I recommend tagging posts relating to iPad functionality with the mobile app tag

There used to be a setting that would allow you to copy and paste using several different formats. For instance you could choose to have the Bible book abbreviated (Heb) or spelled out (Hebrews) or you could have the Bible reference appear before or after the scripture text. Up until a few weeks ago I would simply highlight my scripture, press copy and paste it into Microsoft Word and my Bible reference appeared before the scripture text. That seemingly is no longer an option.
