See the screenshot below. I searched for "person:Judas Iscariot" and just about every "Judah" in Scripture was returned. I tried it with the LSB, NASB, NIV.
This is because you have Reference matching (the icon on the right that looks like a nearly completely filled in circle) set to Broad. Try setting it to Default or Narrow
"Person:" tags appear to be completely non-functional

I don't have the LSB, so I ran your search on NASB95, and it worked correctly. Perhaps there are tagging errors in Legacy. Try the same search with a different version to see if the problem in in LSB.

That is a bit too broad, I think. Looks like "broad" is more akin to fuzzy.
