Newer Installation Installed

I keep getting an error saying a newer installation already exists. But I did a search on the computer and external drive and deleted everything related to Logos. Still getting same error.

    @John Andrew are you on Windows or Mac? Did you uninstall Logos or manually delete folders? Did you have the latest beta installed and are now trying to install the latest stable version? If not, where are you getting your installation file from?

    In Windows, most of the files are in the Appdata folder which is hidden by default.

    I didn't officially uninstall, but I went through Explorer and searched for every file that said Logos or Faithlife and deleted them. I have an uninstaller program and the apps section of Windows settings and neither listed Logos as an app any longer.

    I downloaded the app from Logos's site

    I run an i5 processor, 16G RAM, Windows 11, 1TB SSD

    This is not the correct way to uninstall Logos. I would recommend following the steps in the order listed here.
