We purchased Logos and I have been using it on my Android cell and laptop computer. I would like to install it to my wife's phone and her laptop. I was told at the last XO marriage and Tipping Point conferences that I could but never did.

My question for my wife's Android cell, do I just download the app and she uses my password? How about her laptop - same questions and how do I add it to her laptop?

There are tricks you can use to keep your user documents and markups separate (different notebooks for Notes, different highlight palettes, different layouts, etc.). That's what my wife and I do. You would still be able to see the other's if you wanted to but the main idea is to keep the other's clutter off your own local copy of desktop.

I believe you just install the apps and then use the same password but someone can correct me if i'm wrong

Yes. A Logos account is designed to be used by one individual; it is thus not possible to have multiple users within the same account. As I understand it, there is some flexibility regarding a married couple sharing an account, but in this case the entire account will have to be shared without allowing for separate notes/documents/settings/etc.

How about her laptop - same questions and how do I add it to her laptop?

Install it and log in as if it were your device, because as far as Logos is concerned, it is.

Hmmm, I was told at the conference that I could load Logos on multiple devices, cell and laptops/desktop, that my wife and I use.

Yes, the gentlemen at the conference stated that I could load Logos on multiple devices. I might have misunderstood him about one account with two users. We both study differently and sharing the same study material, my/her prayer list, and personal notes would not be ideal.

This is correct.

This is understandable, but if you want to share a subscription and resources there is no way around it. Of course, there are things that can be personalized. You and your wife could have your own layouts and notebooks, for example. But they would all exist within the same account.

The bottom line is that Logos accounts are created for one individual. The situation of a husband and wife living within the same house and sharing devices is usually treated with a fair amount of flexibility. But if a family member (including a spouse) moves out of the home, for example, sharing the same account would be a clear violation of the TOS.
