Can’t Link Passage Guide

I have both the iPad and Android versions of the new Mobile app with the Tabbed interface. Something I’ve longed for some time. However on neither my Android phone or my iPad have I been able to link the Passage Guide to any other tab. Preferably I’d like the Passage guide to open in my first Tab and have my Prefered Bible and FSB Study Bible set up on my second screen, my favorite commentary on my 3rd and then would like to enter my Passage of study in the Passage guide and habe my Bible, FSB and commentary to jump to that Passage because I’m linked to the Passage guide very much like on my desktop.

I can link everything but the Passage guide. Why. Any ideas?

    Well. Here we are 8 years later, and I have the same question.

    If you open the passage guide, then tap on the layouts button at the bottom, select a split screen. A blank panel will open on the right alongside the passage guide.

    Now when you tap on a link, a new resource will open on the right.

    But PG still won't link? I don't use PG.
