Right click flyout appears in upper left hand corner

After the last update, when I go to copy or right click on something and the flyout dialog would appear in the upper left hand corner of my monitor (42" HDR Android TV, res: 4096x2160). It never did that before the update (40.0.351). Also, I went to copy for instance the version number it appeared where it should but the copy selection was grayed out even though it did copy. All right click or single click flyouts keep going to the upper left hand corner of the display. Is this behavior normal for the desktop application?

    @James "Jim" Johnson if the problem has not been resolved yet, would you be able to post a screenshot that shows what you mean?

    It was resolved, I just had to hit the special ( Microsft ) Key then hit M to take down all open windows, when I selected a window and right clicked on some content the right flyout occurred and populated correctly.
