Slow Passage Guide (MacOS)

In the last 1-2 weeks, my Passage Guide has become extremely slow (lots of beach ball). Can somebody find out from my logs, what might cause this?

Someone else will need to read your logs, but I did not see excessive delay in initiating a PG on Job 1:6-12. The beachball appeared for less than 2 seconds; then the guide populated normally.

Here are the steps that I followed: I loaded a layout, waited until all syncing is complete. Then I clicked on the tap of a passage guide. Logos froze for about 85 seconds with the beachball spinning on and off. Only then Logos responded again.

I just tried it: The delay also happens without opening any layout. Just opening the Passage Guide on its own takes 80-90 secs.

Since there are many factors that can impact performance, can you please use the logging utility to collect a sample while the application is non responsive? To do this, open the logging utility, open Logos, repeat the steps above to reproduce the hang and while the application is non responsive, click the "Sample" button in the logging utility. That will collect a sample of the application and when done, ask you to save the resulting zip file containing your logs and the sample. You can then upload that zip file here so we can look at those logs.

Hi Martin,
Many thanks for following up. I could pin down things a bit better. It looks like the delay is caused by the Collections that I add in the Passage Guide. When I open these "Sections" (or whatever they are called), a delay of about 17 seconds occurs:
Here is the sample while the delay occurs:
