I have a question about the receipts provided for monthly payment plan charges. Is there a receipt available that includes a breakdown of fees, sales tax, and other details?
For context, I’m the treasurer for my church and I’m having trouble obtaining proper documentation from one of our pastors for his Logos payment plan charges. Since he’s not very tech-savvy, I suspect he may be overlooking something in his account that he could submit.
Currently, he provides email confirmations of the charges, but these don’t include a breakdown of fees, sales tax, or other relevant details.
Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated!
