Should I expect a precise place:Corinth search to contain all found in a text search for "Corinth"?

This feels like some missing dataset info, but I wanted to confirm. If I do a precise Bible search for place:Corinth, I get back 8 results in 8 verses. If I change to just search for "Corinth", I get back 9 results in 9 verses. I expected the place search to have all of the results in the text search and then some, but it is actually missing several verses:

Tagging of things such as place is done against original language words and not English translations.

And, as the screenshot shows, this word is not present in Acts 18:11 (also the case in Acts 18:12 but I didn't check all of them) which is why the place: search doesn't return any results there

Interesting passage (off-topic). By the time Paul arrived in Jerusalem, presumably he was still missing his hair (which they'd notice).
