When I do a word study in the NA27 and NRSV, how can I remove references to apocryphal books in the break down of the different ways the greek word is translated?

Is there a written instruction manual in digital form (pdf) for Logos 10 that I can study so I can be effective with Logos 10? Manuals were common in the DOS days.
