Multiple errors in book "Missional Worship, Worshipful Mission"

I know that the book is ebook and is not fully connected to your the library, but the current vesion of the book has multiple footnotes pointing to wrong places. Many of the footnotes are linked to the current chapter title. Could you guys reprocess the book to fix the issues?

    @Lauri Saarni to give this title the attention it deserves, we are going to upcycle this book to a full Logos edition. It's won't be a "quick" fix in this will probably take a few weeks with licensing and production, but it will be a much better product once it is upgraded.
