What types of typos should be reported?

I've reported several typos over the past week or two, but I'm not sure what types to report. How confident should I be there's a typo before reporting it? One example was from an old commentary (written long before computers were used, so it was possibly scanned in with OCR) that showed "ever", but "even" made more sense.

Another book has "is", but I think it should be ”it's".

Right now I'm reading "It would have been unusual in the ancient Near East for a deity quickly and easily to reveal his name”, but I think it's should be "for a deity to quickly….”

Should I be reporting only only items I'm pretty sure are typos, or should I also report items I suspect are typos?

I report what I'm reasonably sure is a typo, including a lot that seem like OCR errors to me. Logos has a system to periodically check and update reported typos (which is much slower than any of us would like) and an erroneous report is not going to get used naively.
