BUG? Home tab dynamic toolbar always displayed after restart

Every time I restart Logos, the home tab in the dynamic toolbar is displayed in every book open. I then have to manually click on the home tab to turn it off on each book. But my setting is never remembered after a restart. This changed from Logos 10 to 11.

Anyone else find this extremely annoying?

Is this a bug that can/will be fixed or a new 'feature'?

Have you set Prefer Minimized in the Settings menu?
