I asked this before on some titles that were on ebooks.faithlife.com, and the response was that it was ONLY products that were on logos.com that would be included.
These titles are all available on logos.com. None of them are pre-orders. But none of them show the 5% subscriber savings. Should they?

As well as the ebooks listed as part of the monthly sale
None of these reflect the subscriber discount, though they are all on logos.com and they seem to meet the criteria below - they are sold on logos.com and the discount should stack on top of other promotions.
Thanks!
@Cheyenne Lehto
@DMM Happy to clarify! While these titles are available for purchase on logos.com, not all products are eligible for the 5% subscriber discount. Ebooks, in particular, are often already priced by our publishers at the lowest possible value—especially those included in extra promotions like our Free Ebook offers.
We strive to include as many titles as possible in the 5% subscriber discount. However, some products (especially ebooks) are excluded due to specific terms and conditions in our publisher agreements. The FAQ states the discount applies to “most products sellable on logos.com,” which reflects our genuine intent to make the benefit widely available, with only a few necessary exceptions.
I’ll work with our internal team to update the FAQ to better reflect this—clarifying that the discount primarily applies to Logos editions, audiobooks, and more, while most ebooks are excluded due to their everyday low pricing.
@DMM Whilst they are on logos.com they are all ebooks from the Faithlife ebooks store.
The 5% discount shows up after the resource is added to the Cart.
Thank you!

I'm reading my first book by Steven Runge (Romans) and am learning so much. I looked on Logos and then online to see if he had anything out on Ephesians which I am studying with my church. I found a listing on Best Commentaries that showed an Ephesians version published in 2018 but was not able to find anything else about…
I do a lot of traveling and I have no access to Internet in some cases. Is there a downloadable version of the app?
Any of the collections worth getting?
I am presently using a MacBook Pro for home use, and an iPad 10 for using Logos out of the home. I sometimes get frustrated with the limitations of the iPad Logos version. I am considering getting a Mac Air. I don't want to overbuy. I take care of and keep my electronic devices for a long time. For those who have the Mac…
As already asked here (but presumably buried in the thread), I would like to know from @Logos / Verbum officials, a) If Study Assistant in Verbum behaves differently from Study Assistant in Logos (given the fact that Verbum is marketed as a Catholic App). Or does that only depend on my personal inventory of resources, many…
