An affordable resource that covers the main textual variants for the whole Bible is: https://www.logos.com/product/45461/lexham-textual-notes-on-the-bible?queryId=2ed8c984be9c5941e400027eb3d6843e

The standard New Testament resource for explaining textual variants is Metzger. I think the closest Hebrew equivalent is BHQ but it isn't cheap and isn't really the same.

    Justin,

I thank you for taking the time to respond. I have both the Metzger and LTNB resources you identified. I don't have the BHQ but have the BHS with apparatus. When I'm reading the OT, Textual History in the Insights panel defaults to LHB for Original Language and LXX-Swete/Septuagint for Ancient Version.

When in the NT, Textual History defaults to SBGLNT for Original Language and Clementine Vulgate for Ancient Version.

I'm a layman and don't even know the difference between the BHQ and BHS but would appreciate anything you can share.
