Priorization DH ?

As seen in the left below, I hovered over a reference from "Dei Verbum 21" and it showed the English "Vatican II Documents" (green arrows). But as seen on the right, the latin/german edition of Denzinger is among my absolute top 6 priorities (red arrow).
Any clue why this might be the case?

I'm still learning all of this, but my initial inclination would be to check the "Info" for the resource you're hoping it would go to, look in the "Indexes" section, and compare that to the corresponding section in the resource it's actually showing. It could be that the "type" of link doesn't match one of the available indexes in the resource you're hoping it would show, so it looks for the highest priority resource that has the correct index.

Thanks for chiming in, @Sean T .
I expect the Commentary to refer to this:
Actually, it is pointing to this:
@Logos/Verbum ( 😉 ): I'd call this a bug. The Denzinger is the standard catholic resource. What do you say?
And: Is there a latin/german version of the VAT2DOCS in Logos/Verbum?0 -
Why the reference to Dei Verbum doesn't open Denzinger? Simply because Denzinger is only indexed by DS-numbers, not by the datatype of the Vat II documents. Of course there could be an additional index for those documents that have made it into Denzinger….
But your screenshot revealed something different to me, which I had overlooked until now (or forgot?). Dei Verbum is DS 4201 and following, however your screenshot shows the index to be DS 3904. Same for me in my copy of Denzinger's 45th German/Latin edition. The references stop there - which is the same number (and since they are chronologically ordered: the same year) the old 30th edition of Denzinger stops in 1950.
I'd call this a bug. The Denzinger is the standard catholic resource. What do you say?
This really is a bug - it's like indexing a bible only through part of the NT and have e.g. the general epistles and Revelation all sitting under Philemon. Someone didn't do the work they should have done producing this book (sounds eerily like they used an AI tool and commanded it "this new book in two foreign languages is like the old one we already have. Take the sections that have the same number and put in the same coding for milestones that is in the old book" AI might be able to do that, but we have a serious logical flaw).
Have joy in the Lord!

It may be standard, but are you sure that it is prioritized higher than Vatican II Documents? Are the formats the same (what does the entry for
Dei Verbum 21
look like in Denzinger)?Dave

Yes.
(what does the entry for

Then they are different Indexes as the names indicate. Your Denzinger book appears to refer to the Vatican II article 21, but its Index may be 4228.
What do you see on the left when you right-click the blue
21
next to the 4228 of your screenshot, and then the other blue21
? The Reference should be the Denzinger index whilst the entry below it reflects the Vatican II index for21
