What’s New?

We’ve reimagined the New Tab panel to give you faster, more flexible access to the tools and resources you use most. For anyone who needs to stay organized and efficient in their work, the New Tab panel is essential. It helps you quickly switch between tools, filter results by reference, and access the right resources in just a few clicks. With the ability to filter by reference and toggle between different views, this feature ensures that you can always find what you need, no matter the context.

  • Everything View
    • Quickly access recently opened tools, documents, resources, and more! If you're launching it for the first time, you'll see a curated list of popular items, automatically personalized over time as you use the app.

Note: Filter views (Everything/Reference) only appear when opening the New Tab with a resource open. Otherwise, it defaults to the Everything view.

The new and improved New Tab is geared towards empowering study workflows with a clean, intuitive experience that just works. All of this comes together in a seamless, easy-to-use interface designed to streamline your workflow.

The updated New Tab Panel is now available to test on desktop. We’re eager to hear your feedback, let us know what you think in the comments below!

This is great. I’ve been excited to see it since I saw it mentioned in the last webinar on the new features of the latest version.

I can already imagine that I’m going to be clicking on the Passage Selection tab a lot. Like many Logos features it surfaces resources and tools I hadn’t paid much attention to, or didn’t even know were there. I also noticed some workflows I must have downloaded at some point and completely forgotten about.

This is a fantastic addition to the toolset. The Passage Selection feature is what really makes it zing.

When I first restarted after installing the update and clicked the plus sign to open a new tab, Logos crashed and shut down completely. However, after restarting, it hasn’t shown that behaviour or any other issues since.

I like it. All I'd recommend is the ability to rearrange resource types if I wanted something like workflows higher.

I want this as well. Otherwise, I like it a lot.

Yes that would be useful to have tools in a preferred order. @Anna Adent perhaps the tools could be arranged in the order that we have them arranged inside the Tools utility.
