Books on the history of Christianity

Can anyone offer a suggestion for a good book published by Logos on the history of Christianity? I am currently reading 'A History of Christianity' by Owen Chadwick that I checked out at our local library, but he is a strong supporter of the Catholic church, which I am not a member of. Looking for a more neutral view of history. Thank you.

covers what is missing in most Western Church histories.
this covers the critical fifth century
This is an excellent general history - very readable and with solid documentation
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

There must be a bug in this thread. I’m seeing duplicate answers from MJ, OP and myself.
