Logos consuming memory and freezing

For about the past week, I've had a serious issue using Logos for sermon prep. After it runs for a little while, it starts taking up huge amounts of system memory (task manager shows using upwards of 10,000MB). At the same time, the program starts lagging and also freezing up completely. This is with version 41.1.6.

Thank you for the report. We've received a couple like this recently and are doing some investigation to see if we can find a cause.

I experience freezing of the text on my older iPad and it halts a few seconds before I can continue to scroll. No problems on my iphones.

This thread is specifically referring to the desktop application. If you are experiencing problems with the mobile app, I recommend starting a new thread and applying the appropriate tags.

Ok, thanks. I think I was able to move it correctly.

I experienced some freezing when opening some of the sections such as media in Factbook.

If you have been experiencing higher than expected memory usage over time with Logos, can you please try entering the following command in the command box and selecting the corresponding option: set accessibility to no

You will then need to restart the application. Please report back if this seems to eliminate the problem or improve the situation.
