Note: Filter views (Everything/Reference) only appear when opening the New Tab with a resource open. Otherwise, it defaults to the Everything view.

This is great. I’ve been excited to see it since I saw it mentioned in the last webinar on the new features of the latest version.

I can already imagine that I’m going to be clicking on the Passage Selection tab a lot. Like many Logos features it surfaces resources and tools I hadn’t paid much attention to, or didn’t even know were there. I also noticed some workflows I must have downloaded at some point and completely forgotten about.

This is a fantastic addition to the toolset. The Passage Selection feature is what really makes it zing.

When I first restarted after installing the update and clicked the plus sign to open a new tab, Logos crashed and shut down completely. However, after restarting, it hasn’t shown that behaviour or any other issues since.

I like it. All I'd recommend is the ability to rearrange resource types if I wanted something like workflows higher.

Yes that would be useful to have tools in a preferred order. @Anna Adent perhaps the tools could be arranged in the order that we have them arranged inside the Tools utility.

I've yet to see a compelling advantage, but I do have a suggestion:

After clicking a Bible tab and generating a New Tab showing the Reference, I opened a Maps resource and generated another New Tab. So now I have two New Tabs:

But the + tabs are becoming confusing as I could click the third tab thinking it was a generated New Tab. And I could close one of the generated tabs by mistake. So it would help to have a symbol to differentiate the tabs e.g. +1 and +2 for the generated tabs, as I would know that #2 was associated with the Maps resource.

I love this, absolutely love it! I do wish, however, that if you do not have a reference selected it still sorted the resources by type. Also, if a resource doesn't have the biblical reference I would think it would not be shown. For example: James 2:18, if you click Atlas there are no results so why is Atlas an option? Hope that makes sense.
