Fwiw, I am having the same problem again with my Textual Crisis thread…needing to make an edit for clarity—can't. Possible that it is a problem with OPer being unable to edit primary posts.

@Doc B I'd never heard of @Jason Stone (Logos) until he replied to @MJ. Smith. If such is required, there should be a page listing all the people and departments that should be contacted directly to address specific concerns, with a link embedded on every forum page. Efficiency and awareness and all that. 👌
