Who is Judas called Barsabbas in Acts 15:22?

Greetings, I have a question is this man Judas called Barsabbas the partner of Silas sent by Jerusalem's synagogue to go to meet Paul & Barnabas? TOTAL 4 person?
Barnabas = Judas called Barsabbas? (Joseph Barsabbas in Acts 1?)
OR
Barnabas IS NOT Judas called Barsabbas?
I'm not literate in Greek so can anyone that has that ability clear that for me? Thank you much in advance!

If you select each Barnabas, right click, and look for the person icon on the left side of the context menu, you will see that Logos believes it to be 4 persons - i.e. two separate individuals called Barnabas.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."
