I have built a sizable library (14,000 books), but now, each time I make a package purchase, the resources get lost in the multitude. I know smart search looks deep inside resources to produce answers, but it would also be helpful to search the library with an AI to show helpful titles. It would also be helpful if there were a tool to discover resources I would enjoy reading as books rather than in-depth studies. The home screen sometimes suggests resources from your library, but I would like to browse suggested resources.

I know smart search looks deep inside resources to produce answers, but it would also be helpful to search the library with an AI to show helpful titles.

I would suggest this can be provided without AI by:

    • a Library Search using key words (it will search the metadata of each book, not just the title)
    • a Smart Books Search for content of interest (similar to key words above)
    • using results to Tag books with those key words.

It would also be helpful if there were a tool to discover resources I would enjoy reading as books rather than in-depth studies.

Search Fields in the Library sidebar can assist with this:

    image.png
    • Edition search field has values “Logos Research”“Logos Reader”"Ebook", “User Created”
      • Ebook and Logos Reader books are intended for reading whereas Logos Research books are fully tagged for in depth studies
      • User Created are books you build using the Personal Books tool.
    • Type (not shown in screenshot) can be helpful. A Monograph is not a specific study title but could be. Magazine, Biography, Lecture, could be suitable for reading. Study books have obvious values like Bible, Commentary.
