Quick fix or workaround for blank slides in sermon builder?

I'm editing a sermon for this Sunday, and it's been creating slides fine until a few minutes ago, when all of them slowly turned blank, so they don't appear on the left-hand side:

If I check the slides tab, the text is listed, but all the background formatting is missing.

Now when I go to the media tool, I can still see different options:

But if I click on any one of them, then I get a blank screen:

I contacted support, but since I live in the UK, I doubt I'll get an answer in time, as I need to finish today.

I also restarted Logos 2 or 3 times, but it's made no difference.

Would anyone please tell me if there's a quick fix or workaround for this?

    Have you tried restarting the device?

    Logout from Logos app & Login again?

    I doubt the above might help but it's what I'd do in desperation.

    Yes, I tried all of that, thank you.

    However, I discovered a workaround of my own:

    I accidentally edited the text which was supposed to appear in a slide, and the slide appeared again.

    I ended up going through and either removing a full stop/period or adding a space to each, and they all display again now!

    The one exception is the sermon title slide, which insists on hiding, but I can live with that.

    Plus, the media tool slides appear to be behaving again, which is very odd.

    Hopefully, support will get back to me with a proper fix, but that will do for now.
