LOGOS removed features from my package - lack of integrity

I am very dissapointed that LOGOS removed search features from my package trying to force me to use their latest online version - despite promising us we will be able to continue using our existing version - now removing features is very sneaky and dishonest. Why have you removed "fuzzy search" and removed searching from the top 5 bibles together features ? Diminishing my features is unfair - I have paid for my package - I am not impressed - this is dishonest and a very poor reflection on your integrity. Going back and removing valuable search features from my existing fully paid for package is theft

    I’m sure others will have specific answers, but have you reached out to customer service before posting on here? That should be the first step, in my opinion. It might have been a mistake/error.

    Why have you removed "fuzzy search" and removed searching from the top 5 bibles together features ?

    What version of Logos software are you running? And is your computer online when you are trying to run the search?

    Where are you looking to specify you want to search your top Bibles?

    Please post screenshots showing what you are seeing?

    It turns out that they moved fuzzy bible search results in the "Bible" section of the search feature. If you then go to "Your Bibles", the following sections appear: "Passages", "Aligned", "Grid", "Analysis" and "Fuzzy".

    I preferred what Logos used to have. There used to be a "Basic" section of the search feature in which when after typing what to search for, it would show "Fuzzy Search Results" in addition to other results under "Your Documents", "Your Books", etc. I wish this wasn't modified.
