Why didn't this Smart Bible Search Work?

I was trying to replicate the equivalent of an EQUALS search in Smart Bible Search and find the verses in the CSB where the lemma רָעָה is translated as 'adversity'. Here's the search below. Why didn't this search work?

This was my first attempt that at least gave me one correct result.

Why doesn't this search give me more and/or correct results?

    This is the kind of search that you have to do to see how many times that particular lemma is being used to translate adversity in your example:

    Smart search currently does not excel in these types of searches. It is not accurate or comprehensive enough to function as a replacement for Precise search. However, it does complement it well.
