In some of my monographs the option for turning off/on popular highlights is not available. I'm using desktop Pro Subscription, update 42.1 in Windows. Is this normal? When the option doesn't appear what does that mean? Thank you.

It means that Logos hasn't collected enough highlighting information on that version of the resource to display popular highlights.

My Greek NT SBL is blacked out whenever I open it on my iPad. I used it every day. It has preciously blacked out, but then I could close the app, open it again, and it would be back. It has not helped this time. On my iPhone it pops right up. Does anyone know why this would occur and how to fix it?
