I subscribed to pro today for the sole purpose of getting the sermon assist AI. I have version 10. I have a gold library. The Assist icon is not there. I've rebooted a couple times and can't find any help on the forums for this question.
Check that the license change has worked its way down to your installation.
still says: installing application updates… 24 hours later. It is available on my ipad and my iphone in the app.
Something has gone awry … downloading books can run and run and run but an update should not. I would restart my machine to see if that clears the problem. If it doesn't I'd look for errors in the log files …
restarting everything didn't help. What is this "errors in the log files" you speak of? How does a non-tech-savy person fix something like that?
