WASTED SPACE in Notes Export/Print, and missing Anchor + Notebook Info

The attached illustration explains how to export or print multiple notes in a selected Notebook. Afaik, there is no way to "batch" export Notes from multiple Notebooks (I use many for various categories). We need that ability, but MORE than that, we need the existing export/print to be more "tight", so we get to see as much information as possible on the exported page. Currently there is a lot of wasted space, AND no mention of the Book or chap or verse (or page#) that the note was attached to, AND no mention of what notebook it is in, or when it was last modified, AND no mention of associated tags, or the name of the highlight palette & style (if any). PLEASE MAKE ALL THE IMPROVEMENTS MENTIONED.

I'm in complete agreement with you Jim. Came here looking for solution but seems formatting options are very limited, taking more manual work than it should be.

The missing anchor issue has been a problem for years. They just don't seem interested in fixing it.

I just recently started to use the Print/Export notes feature. You wrote: "no mention of the Book or chap or verse (or page#) that the note was attached to".

Is there really no way to export a list of notes (that are attached to a selection of text within a verse) to include the Book, Chapter, Verse and Bible Version of the note? On screen the list of notes displays the scripture references correctly, but in the exported file (pdf or rtf) all the scripture references are missing.

The only way to see the scripture reference for those existing notes seems to be to manually add an additional "Reference Anchor" to each note before export, but even then the source bible version is not shown. It's even worse for notes attached to regular books, as no page numbers are shown anywhere and I cannot even find a way to add a meaningful "reference".

I have seen bug reports for Logos 6 relating to this issue from over 11 years ago and I cannot believe, that this has not been fixed or improved somehow. Am I missing something here and I just have to change a setting somewhere?

I cannot believe that currently people have to manually edit hundreds or possibly thousands of notes just to be able to get a usable Notes export. How do you currently work around this issue? (I actually get a more usable version of the notes by letting ChatGPT convert the screenshot to markdown, but this does not scale beyond maybe 10 notes)
